I was very skeptical about spending this type of money on underwear but after wearing them for several weeks I can say these are outstanding. they breathe very well and dry quickly. If instructions were not detailed. Especially which screws to use to secure the outdoor unit to the back plate and secure the bottom of the cover to the outdoor unit. It did not seem that the screws provided were the right fit. They should have gone on smoother instead of having 2 link to use a lot of pressure to get even these smaller screws Inserted. As an Engineer I found this to be a great idea so I tested it out on a piece of wire which I stripped and twisted together. I slid one of the red shrink sleeves over the joint then used a lighter, and after a few seconds of moving the flame back and forth, the solder seemed to melt and it looked to be a good connection. I followed the directions, and it looked beautiful, for a couple of hours, before it began peeling off the window. I redid the whole process, again following the directions. Again , it is peeling off the window. I have used products similar to this in the past, and had NO PROBLEMS. It stayed in place perfectly, for many years. I use this to hold medicine and it's the perfect size. The lock is very easy to set and use and very sturdy. I have the colors pink and blue and the blue is so cute. Perfect size and price! 10/14/20 Update- Company sent us a replacement very quickly. Unfortunately the same issue. We have now spent $500 on plumbers to come in and try and fix something that wasn't an issue before we started this process. Both times there is a major link coming from inside the faucet and it isn't something a plumber can fix. I am returning and have bought a delta. not worth the time and money we have spent on this.
