This seems like a nice training belt, however, I wasn't able to use the one I received, as it wasn't really anywhere near the correct size for me. The material is stretchy but not too stretchy and seems to be pretty sturdy, and the hooks seem to be the medium weight type. It looks exactly as pictured so what you see is exactly what you will get. There are a lot of the hooks to help hold you in place really well. It truly does seem like a well-made belt. As a result of using this product, i found that it provides ample storage space that freed up much-needed room in my truck bed. I replaced two 500W halogen floodlights with 2 of these LED models. My lights are located under the eave of my second story home. Installation was straightforward if you've ever done this yourself. Bear in mind, no mounting plate is included. You will need some type of metal round or rectangular mounting plate that has a 1/2" NPT threaded hole.
