When I workout, I mostly do lifting and not a lot of running/jumping, but this bra is quite supportive, so I'm sure it would be great for all of the above. I usually wear a medium, and this fits pretty snuggly - if you are larger chested and between sizes then maybe size up. It holds its shape, but it is not the stretchiest material, which is why I said to size up. The Se7enline Macbook Pro 13 case arrived today. It was packaged nicely, no chance of breaking. All pieces were accounted for and in prefect, new condition. Excitedly, I took my old very similar case off and cleaned off my Macbook Pro and prepared to install the pieces. First piece, the top color piece, snapped nicely into place. Really like them. I use them on my boat. Used some 3M strips to attach them and they are staying steady (although that might be saying more about the strips) and look awesome. I wash the deck of my boat pretty regularly and they get soaked in the process but they are going strong. One remote works all the lights, although I have to make sure to point the remote at each individual light. If you are looking for inexpensive lights that add a cool effect I would recommend them.
