I’m a 6.5 so I went with a 7 because I didn’t want it to be too small but that was definitely a mistake. If you’re in between sizes i’d go down. I want to state simply - these leggings are beautiful, and they worked/fit wonderfully until an unexpected tear showed up on the backside. This was noticed when I was not wearing them, but putting them away. I attempted to return them to amazon, but it was literally two days after the 30 day return window.
