I am 5'4 and 139 lbs. I ordered a medium and it fit well in every color except the white. The white was a tad big. I was inclined to order a small because I am a 34 B cup and have a 27.5 inch waist, but I am glad I went with the medium, so I agree with some of the other reviews, it runs a bit small, I guess. I also agree with the other reviews that there is MAJOR side boob. It pretty much covers only the nipple, but I like that look.
