Binance is such a great exchange. They have so many options, you can hold your coin in the spot wallet, or steak it for a decent return. They offer liquid swap pools, high yield staking and both USD and Coin denominated futures. I forgot my password one time, and regaining access to my account was fairly easy. Atomars is a decent exchange, however there is no reason in partocular to use this over another larger exchange. The trust is there, so you dont have to worry about a "scam" but still liquidity could become a worry. Honestly, if you dont have a specific reason you need to use atomars, use a better known exchange. If for some reason some special coin releases exclusivley on Atomars and you want that coin, use it.
