I love using while extended and works great. If I am sitting though using it collapsed, when I try to pull it out of my shoe, the handle just wants to extend out without coming out of my shoe. None of my shoes fit properly anymore after having my baby. I was nervous about ordering online, especially when I wasn't sure about the size.
