So I’m having a bad time with these. The image quality on this camera is terrible .Even though it has a high pixel count, pictures come out blurry and oversaturated. As a result of using this product I found that my grip on the snow while skiing was exceptional. I never had to WORRY about slipping or losing balance. For the price, it is a pretty good piece of kit. Comes with the diffuser sock and the honeycomb grid. I was buying it to use with my Canon ETTL strobes; it DOES NOT come with the strobe adapter. That will set you back ANOTHER $30-$40. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS with the beauty dish. You are left to your own to assemble. Not a big problem except when determining which way to face the diffusing disk. The finish on the inside of the dish is very nice and gives a nice reflection.
