My daughter usually wears a size three or four . I ordered her the size 12 to 18 months and they fit her perfectly. I do like that there's also some felt type material that is soft inside of the sandal so that it doesn't bother her skin. I really like this wig! I always flat iron my straight wigs right out the packaging, and I noticed how heat resistant it was (meaning it was high quality fibers that wouldn't melt).
