Doesn't fit off the shoulder is a basic scoop neck. I am an extra small and ordered a larger size so it would really fall off the shoulder, fits like a normal scoop neck and is long. I'm always hesitant to buy anything marked 0-6 months since there's like a 10 pound difference between a newborn and a 6 month old, but I took a chance as I needed warmer clothes for my winter baby.
