That's an interesting project that will probably be a big step ahead if we compare it to Ethereum, although there are too few accomplished results, so it's early to say if Chainlink is a real thing or just a nice idea. Chainlink is supposed to be a blockchain that interacts with the data that is not on the blockchain (while Ethereum can't do the same). Dogecoin is a strange project. Initially, it had nothing special and I think people loved it because of the funny design. It was easier to mine Dogecoin than Bitcoin or Litecoin at that time and I think it was another driver of the coin's popularity. In recent years the dynamics of Dogecoin were good for traders — when other cryptocoins were going down, paradoxically Dogecoin's price was going up.
