So this is cute and well made, but if you do any research on what makes for A HEALTHY Mason bee house, this won't do it. Bamboo, holds moisture. Bad. Can't remove bamboo to store or clean. Bad. I was ready surprised by this waist trainer! I went in really skeptical, thinking it wouldn't have much of an effect or would be really uncomfortable. However, I've been pleasantly surprised. I've been losing a lot of weight and wearing this trainer every time I exercise. It's been surprisingly comfortable when I work out, and has definitely made me sweat!
