If you are curvy and bottom heavy I would def size up but if you are pear shape I think you should be ok. The material is so soft and the romper falls very cute (even gives a nice shape to the butt!) :) It was my bd outfit and I was very happy with this. After years of making pill packs, this was the best product I have found. It is well made. I can see it lasting a very long time. I did make labels with my brother label maker and also put the labels inside. It took a bit to get use to having the last dose in the third section but that’s because of the way it slides on each side. I'm giving the product three stars because I like the look of it quite a bit. So I ordered it, installed it, and found that the pop up, when depressed, didn't hold back the water as intended. I thought maybe it was a fluke and I got one with a bad seal. I re-ordered and the second one did the exact same thing, leaked when depressed.and not a slow leak, I mean it was leaking. I really liked these until I went to take it off my son and it had a sharp edge to it. One of the snaps apparently became loose and a sharp edge came from the snap. It was part of the fastener. It thankfully hadn't been hurting my son because it was on the inside but did cause my finger to bleed and could have easily injured him. Not i have to check them all very carefully.
