We live in an apartment that has a slight draft under the patio door. This snuggles right up against the door perfectly and during a recent storm not a draft made it under the door with against it. We did not have to use the tape that came with it It is heavy enough to keep its position pushed against the door. When not in use it has the loops on each end that you can use to hang by the door. There is an expiration date of 4/2023. Almost 2 years from now.How I tried it: it is in the middle of summer. I don't normally have chapped lips. This softened my lips very nicely. My daughter received these as a gift. We displayed them as shown in the picture (air plants nested in a small amount of decorative pebbles). After about 15 minutes I heard a crash and discovered that the twine they hang from had broke and it was shatter on the floor. The twine is very thin and won't support the weight with them hanging.
