I am 5'9' 185lbs.not fat but muscular. This line fits incredibly well. The arm length is just right although my arms , I guess, are an inch or so longer than for my avg. height.Also ,i do wear sev of these H2's and all fit similar, so far. I wore this for a day around Disney to test it out, and overall it held up pretty well! I got the size large because I know I have a big head :) It was 90 degrees that day but my neck and my forehead never overheated, which I appreciated. I did take it off every once and a while when the very top of my head started to feel warm.
