Bought this as an option for a form Wedding on NYE. I'm an educated rather intelligent person and I could not for the life of me figure out how the back straps were supposed to go. There were no instructions and I couldn't tell from the pictures online. Somehow the strap goes around the neck like a halter and then criss crosses. Not wrinkle free. The fabric is what I would expect at half the price: semi-see-through, scratchy polyester. Liquids sit on top and roll off. The hem is pucker-y, due to it being round. Look closely at the photo of the cloth over the table provided by the seller to see the hem. The close up of an angled hem in the listing is not accurate for the round. Oh how I wanted this beauty to fit. Unfortunately, I've got a large head and I couldn't get the solid metal band to fit on my head without squeezing my temples. After following all instructions (which were very simple and easy to follow) we found that we were sent two seats for the same side. The holes for the second seat were not drilled in the proper place to attach the seat. We have put together many things. No matter which way we turned the seat, the holes did not line up.
