The product is good, but there are two main problems:1. My small dog fears is at much as clippers.2. It's not very powerful - my larger dog's nails stop the motor before it can make any progress.I want to be clear that it's not a bad product, but that it's not suitable for all pets. The case is exactly what I wanted. but the cover glass (plastic), with the "built-in fingerprint reader" was a joke. I couldn't get the reader to work at all, and I use that a lot.
