I had a large heavy halogen 24 volt transformer that caused the replacement LED bulbs in my track lights to "sing". This stopped it, and increased the range of the fader. It's small, and easy to install even without any instructions other than the diagram on the top of the unit. If you can't figure it out from that, you probably shouldn't be installing it yourself!The only gripe I have is getting the end covers off. I purchased these for my 3/4 year old and they worked ok - a little big for her head and the adjustable sides kept expanding we had to use rubber bands to hold it in place.We used them only on rare occasions and they have been stored most the time. These are BEAUTIFUL. And if you shop around you'll find that crystal door knobs are PRICEY. This is a great price for five knobs. So simple my nineteen year old installed all of them, once we figured out the adjustments in our doors that needed to be made (so the install complications were about how the existing doors were set up, not the new knobs). I purchased the Side Release Buckles to a) replace an outside umbrella strap that broke and to create a refrigerator safety latch to keep my grand-kids out. The 1" strap is very strong and the latches work well. The only note is that I needed to secure the strap around the female end of the latch to prevent it from coming off.
