The thongs are ok under active wear, but the material is weird and behaves strangely. It feels like soft latex and behaves as such. I move around a lot while working out and wanted something that could move with me. It does move with you and I almost forgot I was wearing them until I got a good sweat going. They started to slide around on top of my skin. After about 2 hours of moving around in them, they began to stretch and almost sag.
