I found this harness on sale around Christmas time. I have a small kitten who is determined to go outside, so I ordered this instead of a collar to keep him secure. Overall, I think it's a very great little harness. The medium size is exactly as described. My kitten weighs between 5-6 pounds and on the smallest settings of the harness, it fits him nicely. Update I had to metal strips and screw them in to the frame. The damn thing is falling apart little more everyday. Do not buy! I work with a rescue and needed a heavy duty create for a dog that rips through regular wire creates. I opened the box to this create and and found several bars not connected because the spot weld broke. I was think maybe it happened in shipping. Then I found the floor of the create dented in.
