First, not sure why there's a 'durability' rating and a 'sturdiness' rating on this. if they're not sturdy, then how are they durable? Seems redundant.Anyways, I have had these laces in some chukka boots for 8 months now with no fraying or other damage. They tighten easily and stay tied all day. Perfect fridge storage for washed fruit, I love that they have dividers and are stackable! The only fault I could find is that they are not dishwasher safe. It's long enough in the front to slim my hips (below the hip line), and covers everything sufficiently in the back. However, I went ahead and ordered up a size to be safe and not only do they fit perfectly but the quality is REALLY great for such a low price! Also, in the stock photos, the coverage appears to be way less than how they actually look on a real bottom. These are the best things I've purchased all year! I recently moved from Alabama to Yosemite National Park. I noticed my toes were FREEZING through "good" socks and boots.
