The controller is poor. Through trial and error i found that it had compatibility issues with many video games .The build quality is average, and it doesn't feel like a premium product. On the positive side, the controller is easy to connect via Bluetooth. Easy set up. Works great. I like the many chime options. I use for office since we have a downstairs and upstairs lobby so I can put the door bell on each floor. I had little trouble getting plastic cover off for sign but was able to. I ended up ordering some custom made gold signs and put door bell underneath. Looks great.
