Ordered a size 6-7 for my niece who is a slender 7x (she's tall for her age; slender body) for a special occasion. This fits perfect. Ribbon can be added around empire waist to break up the white or floral headband depending upon occasion. Material is a polyblend overlay and a polyester sewn-in under slip.
