This folds down small and compact. It was great to put in my small dry bag when I went tubing down a river. It is made of super soft material which was great when I had to use it on my face. I purchased this product specifically to go with a Mac Studio, which is a little under 4 inches tall. This product description said that the space of the bottom shelf is over 4 inches, but they meant the entire height of the shelf including the shelf itself, not the space below the shelf. So for my purposes, this will not work at all. I chose the white markers that came with a black inked pen. I planted about 14 - 16 different flower bulbs, marked them with the name of the flower, and set the pots out into my garden. I checked daily to make sure the plants were good - and they still are.but after about 4 weeks I noticed the names of the bulbs are MISSING!
