I was introduced via ADAX and it was my first time. My transfer was lost and I was worried but the customer service researched about it and help me locate it. The customer service was almost instantaneous though via email. Also, I really like the simple interface of the exchange and it was so pleasant to the eyes. As a beginner I was worried that I could get lost and worse still my funds are lost but the layout of the platform was so easy to use even without instructions.
