I was upgrading my network with new router & switches. Decided to replace all the patch cords. Once the system was complete, these cables are protected and not disturbed. Three months after installation, one cable suddenly opens on the #3 connector taking out my printer and causing all kinds of irritation. Never believed a cable could fail so soon and without it being disturbed. Clearly the quality and/or quality control of these cables is lacking. I FULLY expected to have to struggle with this - couldn't imagine it was going to be as easy as the video suggested. I took a minute to fray the end of the rope, started scraping the black paint off, and immediately got sparks. With almost no effort, I was able to get the rope to ignite in a steady burn. This desk is well built, especially the top. The instructions could use a little assistance when putting the legs on. I put one on and realized the bottom holes would not align to the crossbar. Thank goodness I caught it early. As long as you assemble it well, it will be a great buy for the price! I had an issue, I emailed them and they were extremely responsive. Used on my stair rehab. Certainly is a solid connection and much stronger than the toe nailed brads the house flipper had on the last railing. I used it on a craftsman style railing that was only a little over 2" thick, not a "normal"'profile as indicated in the instructions. Wanted a new leather strap for my Hamilton Khaki Field. I liked the style on this and figured it would look good on it. I saw that it was Horween leather but for the price I was a little skeptical. Item arrived and I was very impressed. I actually compared them to a pair of Horween leather boots and the color and feel were identical. Can’t say if it’s authentic Horween but I was unable to tell.
