I use the lock for a project that I am working on. So far I am happy with the performance. Installing it for a perfect fit is a bit of a challenge and I wish it came with adjustable brackets. I have kept my Christmas Tree in the original box it came in for years! The box had seen better days with all the Tape that we had added over the years, so i decided to purchase this bag. Not thinking it wouldn't be sturdy and strong as a cardboard box. I trashed my box only to find out after i took my tree down I wished I had kept my box to line this bag with! it just a vinyl bag with no cardboard in it at all. My first order was for 50 balusters, and it arrived as ordered. However, I was not impressed with the included drill bit, so I used one I already had. I then added to my project and needed 25 more balusters. So, I placed a second order for 25. However, I only received 24. Nice garment rack and simple to assemble-no tools needed. I think the bad reviews are from people overloading it. If you distribute the weight and don't put a bunch of heavy winter coats and such on it, there should be no problem with it tipping. I'm using it for light shirts, fall and spring coats, and lighter weight pants. The organic fabric shell is very soft. I rated it three stars because the stuffing feels like polyester and not organic cotton. It doesn't actually say what the inside stuffing is made of and in the description it states that only shell is organic cotton. I missed that when ordering. There is a slight smell to these.
