I have a freeze drier and these oxygen absorbents are a necessity for long term storage. I have used this product before with great results. I was returning this on day 29 because of its weaknesses for me as an alarm clock -actually, mostly the display; BUT, I had a change of HEART because of its musical performance and other features. I actually prepared a return that morning, but cancelled it later that day or the next. Essentially, IT SOUNDS GREAT, works great (Wi-Fi, etc.), and looks great. I like the tart pan and I like the idea that you can take it out of the mould, which I did and it was beautiful. The only thing is, I found it a little tricky. I brought my tart to a party and you have to really be careful how you hold the pan or else your tart will pop out when you aren't ready for it.
