I used this pad twice so far with a Teton sports trailhead 20*F rated sleeping bag. In 50-55*F humid weather the combo was great except that the pad slid around a ton on the tent floor. This was fixed by using a 94 cent roll of shelf liner from walmart. In 30-40*F weather with little to no wind, I was cold even with the pad in my sleeping bag.
