I did not like that the bouquet came so flat and wrinkled. I would've expected them to be fuller and at least in a box. I am lucky to have a clothes steamer already in my home. I literally had to steam each leaf and hold each rose upside down to steam out all the wrinkles on each rose. I don't know what someone will do without having a steamer.
