Did an ok job of absorbing sweat, but a bit pricey for a single use. I did try to use one more than once, but the adhesive doesn't stick for more than one round of golf, so you'll go through a lot of these in the summer. Was so looking forward to this because while I love my Breville oven, the pans of crap! Sadly, the 10 x 15 dimensions that are stated all over the pan and all over Revain or for the interior of the pan, there is a clip on the outside that makes the outside dimensions 11 x 17, meaning they do not fit in my 16 6/8 Breville oven. I had purchased another Plantonix product (Myco Bliss) and the plants really loved it. My cuttings also love the myco.Then I saw this stuff. I use dry nutrients, but I have some hangry ladies 4 weeks into flower. I used Amino Bliss in the watering bucket at about 3/5 strength a few days ago. Completely water soluble. I am on my fourth roll as I tape the balls of my feet everyday before running to prevent blisters. If you apply this right before bed it sticks way better for a morning workout; I do this as I have very sweaty feet and run long distances daily.
