I loved that this busy book came assembled with the Velcro on the puzzle pieces as other books you need to install yourself. So I missed the part of the directions that explains the watered down ratio. However, I always water down my soap a little bit to extend the life of it and it usually doesn't make a huge difference. I filled up my soap dispenser and added maybe 1/3-1/4 of it with water. Not the recommended ratio and I am very pleased with this soap.
