I like these skewers, we used them for making regular kebabs and kofta kebabs, as well as veggies, since they need thicker skewers to be held in place better. They're easy to clean. The only down side for me, is its stiffness. It's difficult to slide it back and out of the way.has a natural tendency to stay open. Needs to be more flexible. If it were capable of folding in on itself like an accordion, I'd have given it five stars. Maybe, just maybe it needs to be broken in.but that possibility seems remote. Looks fabulous. Arrives assembled. Leaflets are bendable so you can position/direct them as you wish. It looks great. The stem is realistic. Many have already complimented and requested link.
