The string fell apart after the first wash even though I followed care instructions. It created a choking hazard for my 8mo if he were to pull on it and as most babies do, put it in his mouth. We love this board! It's better than a neon sign because we can keep changing it, and it's less expensive and less fragile. We knew we'd be able to change the settings but had no idea just how cool the range of options would be. One setting even made it look as though the centipede's (see photo) tongue was moving! I've bought and used several tools from Aoyue. Generally I expect a tool that more of less gets the job done for a fraction of the price of what I would get from Weller of Hakko. Not the case here. The price is low yes, but the tool is just awful. The temperature on my unit was WAY off, and the fine tips out of the box will not transfer enough heat to even remove a 1210 capacitor in less then 10 or so seconds (yes after heat adjustment). Order for this two stage filter arrived quickly. Upon checking filter I found the carbon filter was broken. I contacted iSpring and Francis sent me a new immediately.
