Bought this battery and had high hopes. First unit lasted eleven months, bike ridden only a few times and the battery always kept on a Battery Tender. Chrome replaced the failed unit under warranty -- and the replacement lasted FOUR MONTHS. Completely dead (and also on a trickle charger). Informed by Chrome that they don't "replace a replacement", which is ridiculous given that the replacement was obviously a piece of junk. I was really impressed with this bag! We were moving from California to Missouri, but did a lot of driving and camping. In total about 3,000 miles over 2 weeks; rain, snow and a lot of cold weather.Things to note: We didn’t have any top bars, so we fed the straps threw the car. This was kind of a pain in the butt to get tight with the clips but once you get it , it’s good to go. This product works as advertised IF you have the two following conditions: a top loading washing machine and allow enough free movement in the load so the catcher can easily float on the surface as seen in my photo.
