Shark/Ninja is basically taking over and making better products than the bigger name brands which have been on the market much longer. Ordered this to remove window tint from my car. Works well. Removing tint is a tough job. This heat gun helped in the process. It's light weight and heats fast. Use caution as it gets very hot and the nozzle takes time to cool. You also need to be cautious to what other materials are around what you are using the heat for. Updated 5/31 - Great customer service vendor offered to help. Ended up having enough carabiners to hang the banners - and did not have a need for more, so vendor issued a refund to make it right. I would definitely think about these again for a very light duty application - and buying a package with "spares” is still less expensive than other options. UPDATED: One of the two lights failed after about 14 months. Unattached it and brought it inside and why you block in and only about 1/4th of the LED’s light up, and they’re quite dim. Anyone have the warranty number to call, assuming they are still under warranty?Contacted their warranty department and they gave me a refund for one of the lights. They were quite easy to work with. I bought this collection of instruments to use with a small elementary-aged homeschool group. The thickness of the wooden instruments produces nice resonance. The only exception would be the little bells. Based on my experience with this automotive sensor, i would strongly advise against purchasing it. The pressure feedback feature is unreliable and has led to erroneous readings.
