I received this item yesterday and I have since ordered a replacement. When I turned it on, the heat generated was really nice. I did notice a white glow almost in the middle which was a little concerning but I just thought that was the way it was made. I had used these garlands for my wedding and they turned out absolutely beautiful. The arch turned out to be 3 orders of the12 Pack 3.6 Feet/Piece Artificial Fake Wisteria Vine Ratta Hanging Garland Silk Flowers. A helpful tip is when you open the packaging, to carefully separate the stems because they are hot glued on.
