I have only used this about 5 times so far but I really like it. I'm not sure if these truly can help with anything that they claim to help with but they are relaxing. I have used it on 2 different nights on my bed and I actually fell asleep while lying on it. Granted, when I woke up awhile later it was a tad unpleasant (since I was asleep and not aware I was on it) when I rolled over.I was concerned thinking my hair would get all tangled in it and then be pulled out by it but it has not. Bought this for my partner who sleeps hot. And for Texas summer, this blanket was great. I was completely surprised. It's cool to the touch, but still has enough weight that it feels cozy. It mostly maintains your temperature, so you don't overheat. But you can keep warm in it.It does shed like crazy, though. Little lint balls EVEYWHERE. I have this set up on my nightstand and will use it for 30 minutes in the morning while I read or check stuff on my phone. I got this after my doctor recommended looking into light therapy due to worse depression in the winter and I do seem to experience a boost in my mood when I make sure to use it daily.It is so bright, wow.
