I like the size and the quality, it really is a very cute piece of luggage, the wheels work good too. BUT. since the bag is not stiff (the canvas is soft and flexible) it will collapse and hang down almost to the ground when pulled and not fully filled with clothes. UPDATE: WELL finally all my piece showed up. It took three separate shipments but they all got here and the seller blamed the shipper! Of the four chairs only one of them had screws that lined up with the frame. The other three we managed to get three screws in and one keeps falling out. I did mention this to the seller who said they would ship me new screws and that's been well over a week and I haven't received them. They work perfectly for the several pictures you may have that really should be framed without breaking the bank. Plastic picture glass comes protected with a film on both sides in shippimg from scratches so be sure to take those off. Tension brackets in back help hold the picture backing on. Not very flattering on me. Dress material seemed really baggy in the shoulder area. Did not stay up near my neck. Got my usual size and decided not to send it back because I didn’t want anything too tight for church. I did regret it during the whole service.
