Fragrance is very strong of lemon, it does smell like cleaner, but the nostalgic portion of me that misses the "convenience" of "normal" life enjoyed it. I have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity), and this did not cause sinus flareups. It is; however, very strong in terms of scent. It lathers well enough to clean and does appear to clean fairly well.
