First impressions are everything, I have bigger hands (typically an XL in gloves) and I was a little worried these wouldn't fit my hands. I especially didn't think they'd fit wearing the liner gloves provided underneath. So good news for me - they fit perfect. I purchased two of the pure gel batteries a year or so ago only to have them fail. When I emailed Renogy about the problem it took them two weeks to return my email. When they finally did call me they refused to warranty the batteries which would not put out any more that 11.48volts. Beware an be ready for them to blame your charging gear. I’m giving five stars for customer service because they were awesome. I knew when I bought this that it was not going to be the same exactly as a normal white board. The product met my need for a temporary whiteboard. It was tough to get all of the wrinkles out of the roll and last foot was very wrinkled so my project was not able to be completed but the company sent me a replacement without hesitation.
