These shorts are super cute and comfy. I like the fabric a lot. I have a medium/small butt and the teal and pink donut pattern passed the squat test but I wouldn’t be as confident about it if my butt was any bigger (I think in a darker color you’d be ok though). I’m giving these 5 stars because I think if they fit me properly I would LOVE them, but unfortunately I have chicken legs so the leg band is not snug enough to my thigh. Cute but runs a bit small. For reference, I’m 5’2” and 178 lbs. I bought an xlarge and it gripped around my thighs a little too tight.
