The included board is very sturdy and easy to use. The numbers are all bright and colorful and stick to the board and the fridge easily. I deducted one star because the numbers aren't as sturdy as I would like. They will work fine for my use, but I don't think they would hold up to frequent kid-handling. Update: After several months of reliable performance, it began to show a problem with reading discs. It will frequently play part of a disc and then somewhere early in program, at the end of a track, it will just stop and freeze up. It occurs with both commercial and home-burned CD's. The only thing you can do is restart it, but it will stop at the same point every time. Solid wheels are usually more bumpy than the inflated tires, but this one was surprisingly smooth. My old 9” solid tire scooter felt like a shopping cart when going over pavers. In comparison, this one felt more like an inflated tire.
