I was disappointed that the mason jars were the small size, not the larger size. I think that the caps should fit on some larger jars I have laying around. Based on our own experience this sweatshirt jacket is poorly made and doesn`t provide adequate warmth during outdoor activities.The only positive aspect is the hood, which provides some protection from the wind. I didn't quite like the fit on this. It has a really short torso area and the shoulders are a bit wide. I got the Medium. Im 5'1" and 160lbs but carry most my weight in my belly/midsection. I kept having to pull it down to cover my belly. I would only recommend this if you have a short torso. I didn't get to work out in it, so I don't know if it works in that aspect.
