We opened the packages to find out that once we were installing the hinges .we didn't receive any long black screws! It said in the discrimination that long and short screws are included.We read other reviews to find out the same happened to other customers.Very very frustrating because you need at least two long screws when you install each hinge on each door for support. I bought 2 pairs - a size large for one son and a size medium for the other. The large ones didn’t look so great on one son - too baggy and bulky. The medium fit the other son perfectly. This line is great for dog training. Sturdy, not too heavy, moisture resistant too. The handle is comfortable and the clasp is strong. I thought a storage bag was included with purchase but I did not receive one. Very happy with the bright orange, it is easy to see when in a grassy field or outdoor trail. 66 feet good training length. This is really cute so I ignored the negative comments because my son loves stars. Im here to tell you the negative comments are true. I received this yesterday, he loved it and slept with it at night.In the morning it wasn't working.I changed the batteries thinking maybe thats the problem but NO.
