I use manual blood pressure cuffs a lot. I prefer them to electronic cuffs. Before buying this one, I had went through several in a relatively short time. The dial is always breaking on the cheap ones. I eventually paid a little more for the ADC one and it is immensely better than the cheaper cuffs. It has been very durable and accurate. There was nothing appealing about these from the time I opened the packed to trying to wearing them and taking them off. I felt more like a go go dancer or something I can't quite explain with the color strips (granted I had on shorts) but.Not comfortable at all, matter of fact down right uncomfortable and that one day is the only day I will ever wear them. It's a fine case, fits well and tight, and protects the machine. I haven't had any drops since putting it on, so I don't know how well it'll hold up to that. It does get dirty pretty easily, so I'm always having to clean it.The one big thing I don't like is that the case is raise just a bit at the end of the computer where my wrists sit. Based on my experience this insulated screwdriver is a total disappointment. The insulation on the handle started chipping after just a few uses, which is completely unacceptable for the price. On the positive side, it does offer some level of protection against electrical shocks. However, the high price tag and lack of durability make it a poor investment.
