Washed the 2 bath mats and have used one for 2 days -- brand new. Very soft but too soon to tell how well made it is. Instructions say to wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, no bleach, & hang to dry. If I had known the bath mats were this delicate, I wouldn't have bought them, and I also prefer to use warm water for everything. Sizing is not accurate! My normal size of 3X was too tight, had to give them away to my sister. I recommend buying 1 or 2 sizes bigger than normal or else they will probably be too small.
