This product really does what it says, when you take this you will truly sweat, the sweat literally drips down my back and face. I have found that I need to take this an hour before working out. I really work up a sweat while working out and for another 2 hours after. I took a full dose (1 capful) the first day and I was still sweating and clammy for about 6 hours after taking it. I followed the instructions and charged the battery on these lights for 2 days.Then mounted them with some Double Sided tape.I Installed all 4 around my home.On the outside flashing.1 above the center of my 2 car garage.1 at the right front corner of the house.One on the right side and 1 in the center on the back of the house.I can walk around the house at night and all lights work.Motion Sensors work as advertised.The batteries keep the lights working all night long.I really like these lights.IПосмотреть отзыв полностью
