I love this waist trainer. I ordered a medium, which was snug but very comfortable on the first notch. The zipper and straps gave me so much more security. I would have given this 0 stars if I could. We had the bag completed zipped as they said and when we accidently flipped our kayak it didn't keep the contents dry at all. I can pump more using this kit and I can tell the suction is stronger than the original parts of Medela pump in style. I just wish I knew the right size of flange (which I found out after I ordered this kit, 17mm), I ended up ordering the flange again separately from the same seller. I love this band. It’s cute, it’s comfortable, it gets compliments. It took me a hot minute and some googling to figure out how to switch bands, and then I launched the tiny bar across the room about three times trying to get the new one on, but I figure that’s more on me than the band. Bought them for myself and they fit great! They are not snug but they are exactly what I needed. Being a woman, I was concerned they would be too large. I wear small to medium gloves depending on the type and what it's made of. I help my autistic son take apart scrap metal and was always getting small nicks and cuts. It's definitely not the most durable mud guard out there, but it is very discrete. I don't ever have to adjust it and it isn't in my way. The item wasn't what I expected from the picture above I mean not the quality for the price I paid. It's to hard like cardboard and the color is a navy blue that's over washed. I ordered a queen but it feels like a full is kind of small. Last but not least the shipment takes 8 to 10 days I got mines in 9 days. So if you don't mind waiting I'll recommended.
