I bought the Calliven Portable Seven Ring stretch band to supplement my home gym of resistance bands and free weights. It provides more resistance that many of my bands and the rings make it comfortable to hold for arm exercises. I am also able to step on the band for bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and overhead tricep work. This band is durable, comfortable to hold and can be easily cleaned. So far, this light is absolutely perfect! I don’t have a pool light so night swims were few & far between. Not anymore! It’s gives off a ton of light on high setting (as pictured) and the low & medium settings were even enough to put the table & chairs under and play card games after the sun (finally!) goes down on hot Arizona days. I usually apply these within minutes of cleaning my face and applying toner allowing it to absorb into the skin before application and these stay on very well. I have applied these before a nap in which I have slept for a couple hours and I have applied these before bed at night as well as during the day while I complete chores around the house.
